Chipotle in Wichita

In deep love with the food, I can order it and eat it in 5-6 meals 😅 miss it and will try it in my next visit

There rice not cooked well. You can get food poisoning for so be careful about that.

Tasty food. We didn't get as much steak as last visit. Lots of rice. The green pepper Tabasco sauce was terrific. The place is clean and well staffed.theshort line moved quickly. The chairs seem a little small. Hard, flat seats. Lighting is subdued. Large windows, great view of Rock Road and Office Depot.

I love Chipotle!!! Yet anymore ordering online just isn't the same, I get home and my bowl isn't how they use to make it! It seems they are skimping because lettuce alone seems like they only put 10 strands of lettuce literally? I ALWAYS order xtra steak and i honestly can see the difference of the amount from then and now! My total Bill for 2 steak bowls is $28 and some change. So anymore i have to go stand in line and order to ensure i get my money's worth. So online ordering is just not a good choice for me anymore 😣

We are regulars at this chipotle. On a fairly consistent basis, I end up with soup due to the beans not being drained, even when the request is made. However today, the cashier dropped my bowl, it landed upside down. She picked it up and put it in the bag like nothing was wrong. I had to ask for it to be remade, which it was. However they forgot to put beans on it.

The chicken is my go to every time, and every time I am not disappointed.

The food is great, but inconsistency with portions and overall size of the burrito is obvious at this location. My burrito's were significantly smaller this time around, but the price was the same. I shouldn't be able to eat two burritos and want a third. You can do better than this.

Food quality is amazing but have to improve on the service time. But I still give them 5 stars for the food taste and it's freshness.

Can't go wrong with chipotle, there foid is always on point!

Very fast and friendly service! Especially for a Friday at noon. I get a bowl with a tortilla on the side and never disappoints.

Chipotle is always a delicious place to eat with good prices. If only their following style would not clump the cheese into one spot. Feast or famine... with cheese.

Nearly everytime I visit this location there is a problem/issue with getting in and out in a timely manner. This last time (today) there was ~10 people who had to-go orders that had to wait up to 15 minutes while I was there. This seems to be a fairly common occurrence for me with to-go orders. I was offered a "free drink" for the wait, but I had already purchased a drink. One guy asked for a refund due to the wait, but they were unable to issue it since it was an online order, which is understandable I suppose.

Quick friendly service. Great ingredients. Tastes fresh.

Great service and food. They get busy some times but they always prioritize the people waiting at the store for their orders. Bets Chipotle location imo.

Food is good, but the ability to roll a burrito is questionable. Probably has something to do with high employee turnover to time training ratio.

Don't bother ordering online. They gave me a 30 min wait time and then 30 minutes late after that. The line flowed fine. I want my hour back.

I ordered the bowl rice bowl with fajita steak meat whatever they call it carne asada I threw up as soon as I got home and so did my spouse..also while we were waiting in line the cook kept yelling at us to get off the glass I did not know what he was talking about however he looked really dirty and had no mask on to protect his mouth from the food..also they don't wear any gloves when they're handling your food like subway does

We ordered food at 6:30 PM on Monday, May 20, 2020. The DoorDash representative brought us five guys instead. There’s no way to get a hold of anyone at chipotle on rock Road and this is frustrating. We would like a full refund for the money we spent on our two meals and tip!

Mobile app order, came and pick it up to get home and find a totally wrong order. Took picture of it and the sticker on the bag to upload it, but I couldn’t. I would give them F with no starts at all.

Always have good food just had a crazy customer tie up 4 employees and make a back up Manager needed to move that lady aside to keep things moving. Waited for 30 min

I never had Chipotle beforr until couple weeks ago. Holy cow the steak burrito were HUGE. Best $8 I've spent. Friendly and fast pacing environment. Hats off to all who are working there. They deserve to recognition and appreciation.

Chipotle is the gold-standard example of brand-experience quality control across all its stores.

Unbelievably slow, line is out the door at odd hours almost every time I come. Not typical Chipotle with quick service. Quality is fine though. Hire more people.

Chipotle is always pretty good. I get the same thing almost every time. There are times it is warm and taste fresh, and times it doesn't. I think if the had a way to standardize the portions, then it would be more consistent. It seems that one time you get a ton of rice, but very little salsa or sour cream so it taste kind of dry, where as other times it is soupy do to the opposite situation.Overall I think they are very good and use good clean food products and are always fast and courteous.

Food was good but the waiter was not nice. First time going there so I didn't know what I wanted. He was impatient.

Clean, fairly quick

There was a long wait with the line. I was able to place a mobile order to get my food. It was made quickly, and didn't affect the flow of the line at all. It was amazing.

The burritos are the best in town.

I loved this place. There was fast service and friendly workers. I ordered a bowl and all the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the bowls with guacamole if you are wanting a great lunch or dinner. And the food is well portioned. Sometimes I can't finish it all in one sitting, but it makes for excellent leftovers.

Always like eating here and usually stick with either barbacoa or carnitas (bowl or burrito)...Love the guac but don't often want to pay the extra for it...Only reason for the four star rating is that when they're super busy, it doesn't seem like you get quite as much food as when there's not much of a line...
